Kindly donated to the Airborne Museum at Aldershot in the late 1990's, this painting by his daughter, Mary Flavell, was returned to the Flavell family in Summer 2010.

It depicts Brig Flavell against the backdrop of Hardwick Hall, Derbyshire in recognition of his time with Airborne Establishments and the 1st Allied Airborne Corps.
