How to make an enquiry

To make an enquiry with Airborne Assault, please enter your details in one of the forms on this page. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry quickly. However, the Airborne Assault Museum receives a large number of enquiries each week so it may take a few days for the team to process your enquiry.

General enquiry

If you have an enquiry about the website, one of your uploads or anything else non-historical, this is classed as a general enquiry. This is a e service and the team will endeavour to respond to enquiries as soon as possible. Please do not forget to check your 'spam' or 'junk' inboxes.

Historical enquiry

We do not hold service records in our archives.

If you have an enquiry about a person, unit, campaign, piece of equipment etc., this is classed as a historical enquiry. These enquiries involve a lot of archival work for the museum staff and volunteers, which can take a long time. Due to this, historical enquiries are chargeable at £50. Please note recorded history may differ from family history/recollection. Please see our FAQ’s for what we can and cannot supply to avoid disappointment.
