Back to 50th Indian Parachute Brigade

Operation Puddle was an airborne operation undertaken using a single Lockheed Lodestar aircraft and led by Captain James Roberts. Its objective was to gather intelligence on airfields in Burma and eventually occupy Fort Hertz in the north.
