The Sergeant is John Christie,the Cpl next to him Jock Hainey.
The other Cpl next to the officer is Pete Prior RIP.
These were the same NCOs who took us in 237/8 platoon through in 1961/62.
I have been told that John Christie ended up as head groundsman at the Royal and Ancient,St Andrews and died up there a few years ago.
