Once the potential recruits (PRs) have changed into their tracksuits and put their kit neatly away, there is an opportunity to see some of the onsite facilities.

The instructors take them to the NAAFI for a little ‘downtime’.

An instructor briefs the PRs on leisure facilities available during training and service.

The PRs are shown the internet and gaming area and given time to relax and get some refreshments.

During the Insight course there is a strictly enforced no alcohol rule.
