Private Alan Moorhouse, of Chorley, Lancashire, served with The 1st Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (1 PARA) and took part in the deployment to Cyprus during the EOKA campaign in 1956.Private Moorhouse died on 2 August 1956, aged 20 years, and is now buried at Waynes Keep Cemetery, Cyprus.
