Airborne Assault MuseumOn night jumps double headed torches were strapped to the lower right arm and lower left leg, with a white beam shining upwards and a diffused red beam glowing down. the white beam could be seen by men looking down, and the movement of the ripcord arm attracted attention of any men above the freefaller.
