Introductions

The candidates are divided into syndicates and the syndicate leaders introduced themselves.

Candidates are then asked to address the group and giving a short talk to introduce themselves.

Topics covered should include education, career, any travel, interests etc.

After the group introductions, candidates are individually interviewed by the syndicate leaders.
