Lt Peter Jenkins while off duty in Kenya. Peter and his father were killed when the light aircraft in which they were travelling crashed in Tsavo National Park on 8 December 2022, conducting aerial patrols to counter poaching activity and protect endangered wildlife. Peter was commissioned as a Reserve Officer into 4 Para in 2019 and was a platoon commander in B Company, in London.
