James Fryar enlisted at Glashow in February 1973.
After Passing P Company, Private Fryar was posted to B Company, The 1st Battalion The Parachute Regiment (1 PARA) at Mons Barracks Aldershot.
Pte Fryar served in Kenya, Berlin, Netherland and Cyprus, before leaving 1 PARA in February 1977
