Private Christopher Stephenson, aged 24 from Birmingham, was killed with two other soldiers when their Land Rover was destroyed by two landmines consisting of 120lbs of explosive packed in milk churns on a remote stretch of the Derry to Belfast Road at the Glenshane Pass, at night on 24 June 1972.
Pte Stephenson is buried in Aldershot Military Cemetery.
