Lance Corporal Albert Victor Lenton served with 1st Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.
Lance Corporal Lenton died on 21 September 1944, aged 29 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, near Arnhem.
