I joined The Junior Parachute Coy (JPC) in 1971. My recruit platoon number was 382 at Browning Barracks 1972/3, and when I passed out I joined 1 Para in Mons Barracks, Aldershot.
I went onto serve with 1 Para in Cyprus 73 (UN tour), Berlin 74/76 & Cyprus 77 (Sovereign Base Area).
