Richard William Pike was the son of Ernest William and Lily Pike.Gunner Pike served with 3rd Airlanding Anti-Tank Battery, Royal Artillery where he served in Palestine.

Gnr Pike was killed on the 24 January 1946 and is now buried in Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
