Private Leonard Charles Broom attended Parachute Training Course number 188 at Ringway between 2 and 21 December 1945. He made eight jumps and his instructor reported that he was an ‘average, quiet and hard worker, well disciplined’.He was posted to the AAC Holding Unit and later served in Germany, Cyprus and Egypt.
