William ‘Dinger’ Bell enlisted in March 1954 and served with 16 Para Workshops REME.He served in Germany for 3 months on a large NATO Para exercise in 1955.
Craftsman Bell then transferred to 1 PARA with 16 Para Light Aid Detachment REME in Cyprus until he was demobbed in March 1957.
In 1966 'Bill' and his wife moved to Canada, where he continues to live.
