Airborne Assault MuseumAfter joining RAF in 1991, Lee was attached to 5 Airborne Brigade at the Para School depot in Provost Barracks, Aldershot.
He served as driver conveying paratroopers, equipment and parachutes with the small band of RAF personnel at Provost Barracks
This consisted of Survival Equipment Fitters, Drivers and training crew who trained paratroopers in this satellite site, the main school being at Brize Norton.
Fondest memories are of him driving Pathfinders for air drops and participation in Exercise Roaring Lion.
