Lieutenant Patric Rerik Howard McCririck was the son of Col D H C McCririck, who served with The Somerset Light Infantry, and Mrs N McCririck, of Chelsea, London. He served with 591 (Antrim) Parachute Squadron, Royal Engineers and took part in the Normandy campaign.Lieutenant McCririck died on 21 August 1944, aged 20 years old. He is now buried at Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
