Corporal Steven Hope, known as a Stevie, was from Manchester. He served with The 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment (3 PARA) and took part in the Falklands campaign in 1982.Corporal Hope died after being wounded during the Battle for Mount Longdon on 13 June 1982, aged 27 years old. He is now buried at Aldershot Military Cemetery, Hampshire.
