Lance Corporal James Moore Milligan, son of Joseph Ernest and Margaret Reid Milligan, of Riddrie, Glasgow, served with 4th Parachute Squadron, Royal Engineers.He took part in the Italian campaign in 1943.

L/Cpl Milligan died on 17 September 1943, aged 23 years old,a nd is now buried at Bari War Cemetery, Italy.
