Peter Kenny joined Depot Para, Aldershot 1978, and passed out with 450 platoon. He served with 3 PARA Osnabruck A Coy, then 3 PARA Mortar Platoon, Tidworth followed by Northern Ireland. 

After his service with 3 PARA, Peter went on to university. He achieved a B.A. Degree in Chemistry and a Masters Degree also in Chemistry there. Peter then started a new career working in the pharmaceutical industry.
