Victor Douglas Duke was the son of Mary Duke, of Tadworth, Surrey.Private Duke served with 2nd (Airborne) Battalion, Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry.

He was killed on the 6 April 1945 and is now buried in Hanover War Cemetery, Germany.
