Frederick Raymond Brown was the son of Bertie E. Brown and Lilian Maud E. Brown.Driver Brown served with The 1st Airborne Squadron (Royal Engineers).

He served in Palestine and he died on 18 August 1946 and is now buried in Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
