Airborne Assault MuseumWilliam Bradley son of William and Ada Emily Bradley of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, enlisted into the Corps of Cavalry of the Line.He volunteered for airborne forces and served with 53rd (Worcester Yeomanry) Airlanding Light Regiment RA.
Sergeant Bradley died aged 23 years on 20 March 1944 and is commemorated on The Brookwood Memorial at Brookwood Military Cemetery, Surrey.
