Private Hubert Wallace Lee, son of Harold and Hannah Lee, of South Reddish, Stockport, Cheshire, served with 3rd Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Italian campaign.Private Lee died on 14 July 1943, aged 20 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Cassino War Cemetery, Italy.
