Lance Sergeant Frederick Leonard Hunt, son of Walter William and Charlotte Hunt, of Custom Ferry, Yorkshire, served with 10th Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.Lance Sergeant Hunt died on 19 September 1944, aged 25 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
