Robert MacMillan served with 15 PARA Mortars, 1 PARA support Coy in South Armagh 1988 then back with 15 PARA.
Robert was bored with civilian life, so he rejoined the Army then rejoined through depot after a invite ‘grass isn’t always greener letter’. He passed out with 568 platoon joining 1 PARA in Belfast.
He became unit photographer and left the Battalion in 1994. Robert now works for the NHS at QEHB as a Clinical Photographer Manager.
