Gunner Harry Bingham, son of Henry and May Bingham, of Dunsville, Yorkshire, served with 1st Airlanding Light Regiment, Royal Artillery. He took part in the glider insertion to the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.Gunner Bingham died on 19 September 1944, aged 20 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
