Private Herbert Bailey Bray, son of George Edward and Annie Beatrice Bray, of Lincoln, served with 6th (Royal Welch) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Greek campaign, during Op Manna in Winter 1944-5.Private Bray died on 13 December 1944, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Phaleron War Cemetery, Greece.
