Private Frederick Arthur Lilley was the son of Frederick Charles and Millicent Lilley, of Derby, and husband of Gladys Lilley, of Derby. He served with 6th (Royal Welch) Parachute Battalion, and took part in the Italian campaign.Private Lilley died on 14 March 1944, aged 29 years old. He is now buried at Sangro River War Cemetery, Italy.
