Private Robert Broadfoot was the son of Robert and Annie Broadfoot, of Dumfries, and husband of Elizabeth Rae Broadfoot, also of Dumfries. He served with 1st Parachute Battalion.Private Broadfoot died in the UK on 20 March 1946, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Troqueer Cemetery, Dumfries.
