Private Ronald Edward Beeden served with 5th (Scottish) Parachute Battalion and took part in the Italian campaign, during Winter 1943-4.Private Beeden died on 6 February 1944, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Sangro River War Cemetery, near Taranto, Italy.
