Airborne Assault MuseumNathan Isaac Vogelman was born in July 1914. During the Second World War, he served as an officer with the South African Army. Late during the Second World War, he was awarded a Military Cross for his services.He joined British Airborne Forces and served as an acting Major with 6th (Royal Welch) Parachute Battalion.
Nathan Vogelman died in April 2007, aged 93 years old.
