Private Thomas Stewart, son of William and Jane Stewart (nee Shearer), of Keith, Banffshire, served with 3rd Parachute Battalion. He took part in the North African campaign in Winter 1942-3.Private Stewart died on 26 February 1943, aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Medjez-el-Bab War Cemetery, Tunisia.
