Private Reginald Harry Curtis, son of Edgar William and Dorothy Maud Curtis, of Charlton, London served with 1st Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem during Op Market Garden.He died on 18 September 1944 aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
