Paul Curry served with 2nd Battalion The Parachute Regiment (2 PARA). He has served operationally in Northern Ireland and Bosnia.
He has also taken part in various Airborne exercises around the world. One of these, Exercise Purple Star at Fort Bragg, North Carolina with the 82nd Airborne Division in 1996. This was the biggest Airborne drop during peacetime.
