Private Alfred Louis Price, son of Alfred George and Ivy Beatrice Price, of Hall Green, Birmingham, served with the Army Catering Corps and was attached to airborne forces.Pte Price died in Palestine on 24 March 1947, aged 26 years and is buried at Khayat Beach War Cemetery.
