Company Quartermaster Sergeant Adam Kirkpatrick, the son of Hugh and Catherine Walker Kirkpatrick, of South Norwood, Surrey, served with the 4th Battalion, The Parachute Regiment.He served in Palestine and was killed on 5 December 1946 and is now buried at Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
