Private Kenneth Bailiff, son of Mr and Mrs K Bailiff, of Morecambe, Lancashire, served with 7th (Airborne) Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.He died on 23 September 1944, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
