Sergeant Peter Toseland, son of Horace and Alice Toseland, of Kettering, Northamptonshire, served with 1st Wing, Glider Pilot Regiment. He took part in the glider insertion to the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.Sergeant Toseland died on 26 September 1944, aged 20 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
