Colour Sergeant Frank Fletcher

Frank Gordon Fletcher enlisted from Lowestoft into the Junior Parachute Company in 1982, was a member of 12 Platoon.Pte Fletcher passed P Coy with 496 Platoon in 1983 and was posted to C Coy 1 PARA. Cpl Fletcher also served in 1 PARA in A Coy, Mortars, Patrols Close Observation Platoon and Sniper Section until he posted in 1992 to Depot where he served until 1994 at ATR Lichfield.

He returned to 1 PARA and joined B Coy until 1997 when Sgt Fletcher was posted to Army Careers Information Office Wembley until posted to 2 PARA in 2000.

In 2 Para C/Sgt Fletcher served in HQ, CQMS, Sniper Platoon Commander, Household Division & Parachute Regiment Centralised Courses.

C/Sgt Fletcher left in 2006.
