Airborne Assault Museum180 Paras from 2 PARA visited Airborne Assault at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford on 1st March 2012.
The men toured the museum and received a series of talks on their history as well as presentation on the Bruneval Operation by Junior Officers, including Lt Max Shackleton pictured). The Paras' kit bags made an interesting sight hung next to the more usual school bags in the Education Department!
