Airborne Assault MuseumThe 4th Pattern DZ Flash was worn from around 1973 until 1985. (It had been absorbed as a rifle company in 4 PARA by this time.) Unlike the 3rd Pattern, the white background around the roman numerals and pathfinder arrow is bordered by black edging.
