6th Airborne Division Battle School Haifa
1945 to 1948
The 6th Airborne Division Battle School opened at Ein Sheimer in 1945 and finally closed down at St. Jean near Acre in 1948. Its purpose was to organise any type of ground training for which there was a demand within the Division.
