Thomas John Sillick was the son of Ellen Sillick, of Grange Town, Cardiff.
He enlisted in to the Royal Corps of Signals and was killed while serving with 1st Airborne Divisional Signals during the Italian campaign.
Sigmn Sillick died on 23 September 1943, aged 23 years, and is now buried at Bari War Cemetery.
