Private Ronald Stephenson, son of Hannah Mary Stephenson, of Grimsby, Lincolnshire. He served with the Army Air Corps, and was attached to HQ 1st Parachute Brigade.
He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden. He died on 18 September 1944, aged 22 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
