Sergeant Robert Archibald Duff Ottmann served with 12th (Yorks) Parachute Battalion and took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.
Sergeant Ottmann died on 24 March 1945, aged 31 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Kleve, Germany.
