Warrant Officer Class 2 Neil McKinnon

Warrant Officer Class Two Neil McKinnon, husband of Catherine M L McKinnon, served with Army Physical Training Corps (APTC) as Company Sergeant Major. He was attached to 156 Parachute Battalion.

He parachuted into the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden. He was killed during the conflict but his date of death was never confirmed between 18 September (Second Drop) to 25 September 1944, aged 32 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
