Private Maurice Michael Petrow, son of John and Nattie Petrow, of St Boniface, Manitoba, Canada, served with 1st (Canadian) Parachute Battalion, Royal Canadian Infantry Corps (RCIC).
Private Petrow died on 2 February 1945, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Venray War Cemetery, Limburg.
