Private James Lindsay Stewart Fisher, son of Mr and Mrs James Fisher, of Buckhaven, Fife, served with 156 Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.
Private Fisher died on 22 September 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
